POLICIES
Enrolments
Enrolments are per month and are non- transferrable.
Lessons are to be paid in full before commencing lessons.
Cancellation Policy
Minimum 24-hour notice on cancellations and to schedule a make- up lesson time during the month, otherwise the lesson fee is incurred.
If a teacher cannot attend a lesson for the reason of performance or other reason, the lesson’s day will be rearranged to suit both teacher and student.
Only one make-up lesson per month is offered for missed lessons if a suitable time can be found.
Please note that Make-up lessons do not roll over into the following month.
We respectfully ask that you limit your child’s other activities and plan to accommodate your child’s violin schedule into your family life.
Any student who fails to prepare for lessons, maintain regular attendance or be responsive in payments and communication may be asked to exit the academy. This will occur after the matter has been discussed in a group session where the violin teacher, parents and child are involved.
